"I have stayed in every Rosen hotel in Orlando but the Rosen Inn Pointe is the best too me because the parking is better all room have refrigerator and microwave in it plus you can't beat the good room prices at this hotel and all the attraction in walking distance and this a very clean hotel, so two thumbs up."

"My family and I stayed at Rosen Inn Universal for 2 weeks and 2 wonderful weeks they were. Our room was homely and our housekeeper, Melinise, was very friendly. She ensured that we got everything that we needed to make our stay a comfortable one. The hotel is conveniently located on I-drive close to just about EVERYTHING! Hotel staff was awesome! Carlos, who checked us in, Viviana and the other Front Desk staff are just the best! Extremely welcoming, polite and accommodating. Restaurants were a little expensive so, we bought and stored food in our room refrigerator. The I-Ride trolley is a convenient way to move around so, we got unlimited I-Ride tickets for the duration of our stay. There is so much to see and do, 2 weeks was just not enough. Rosen Inn universal is now my home whenever I am in Orlando. We will definitely be going back and this time, we will be bringing friends! Thanks to the staff at Rosen Inn Universal for making our stay a memorable one!"

"Great stay at Cabana Bay, I stayed 6 nights in August in a standard room in the Americana building. I loved the hotel, the gift shop, the lobby, the eating facilities were excellent and loved the pool area. The shuttles were consistent and I really only had to wait once. The only negatives for me were that there are some minor cosmetic things in the rooms that need fixed due to age especially the bathroom areas and the thinness of the walls. I could hear everything going on in the hallways and it seemed like people were screaming, it made it difficult to sleep in with hearing everyone start their days. I ended up downloaded a white noise app and that helped. "

"The hotel was amazing. Close to everything. They accommodated an early check in, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that needs a little work is the valet parking. You can't call ahead and have your care pulled around and we waited about 15 to 20 minutes each time we used the service. Not a huge issue, and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando."

"This location is close by some of the attractions and stores. Access ways are busy especially the main entrance to the left going to the convenient store. Stayed there a couple nights, no room cleaning service, the AC unit was humming as loud as a jet engine like when sitting close to the engine on a flight and it's not even cooling that well neither. Hidden cost is to much. They have this fee that's $50 per night on top of taxes. This fee and taxes added up to a big figure pretty quick. If location is critical, this is an ok place to stay. If location is secondary, it's not worth it. The fees kill any deals they have. We paid a total that would amount to a five star hotel but got a 2.5 star hotel."

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. Rooms wer spacious, beds were comfortable, we had a full kitchen and a mini bar kitchen, spacious hall and easy to use washing machine and dryer. Everything was great except the boiler in our block was faulty, hence, we had no hot water for showers. They also didn’t have vacant units to relocate us. We love the location that is across from a supermarket, macDonalds and other restaurants and eateries, and also right next to Vineland premium outlet. Resort side access gate leads into Vineland. Extremely convenient to go shopping after dinner. Just a 1-5min walk (depending on which block you are in). Easy drive to all theme Parks. If not for the cold showers, our trip would have been perfect! It is a shame that we pay TOP dollar for a resort and had to be subjected to cold showers in winter. In the end, I had to boil water on the stove and mix it with cold water in bath. Hope hotel staff would deal better when such things were to happen in future."
