"This is a great location, with excellent staff. There was a problem with our reservation, seems booking agency failed to notify Hotel. But the staff worked with us, we got a room, at a cheaper prove and we will now deal directly with them. And the Applebees located there is excellent."

Friendly staff, gorgeous interior, spectacular lagoon and pool, and excellent selection of dining options. This is a highly affordable luxury experience. you don't want to miss. "Staff are very accommodating. I arrived too early for check in, and though I was willing to pay for early check in, there was no available room yet. The front desk was kind enough to notify me when there was available room already. Breakfast is great. Bacon, eggs, pitatoes, sausages, yum yum. Rooms are huge and are very clean. Free shuttle to Disney World. CVS is right across the road. If and when I do visit Orlando again, I will definitely stay here."

"Stayed at the Rosen Plaza for a business trip. Because of the attentiveness of the staff and the amenities, it felt more like a vacation. The next time I visit Orlando I will definitely stay here again. Minutes from Disney and Sea World and the Airport. Definitely check them out first for a quality stay."

"The hotel was amazing. Close to everything. They accommodated an early check in, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that needs a little work is the valet parking. You can't call ahead and have your care pulled around and we waited about 15 to 20 minutes each time we used the service. Not a huge issue, and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando."

"I do a lot of traveling throughout the year and many hotels have been pleasant; Rosen Centre, however, stood out. Everything from the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was excellent. First impression is everything - I was greeted with a friendly face at the front desk and she didn’t hesitate to accommodate me with my requests. Rosen Centre is conveniently located next to the convention center and only a mile from ICON and a 15-minute Uber ride to Universal Studios. The hotel itself is very clean, it offered variety of restaurants and bars that open late for night owl like me. The is comfortable and they are generous with pillows. I will definitely stay at Rosen Centre again next time I visit Orlando. "

"Monumental Hotel is my favorite place to stay whenever I'm in Orlando. It's like a home away from home. The pool is very beautiful. Even though I never have time to use it, I enjoy seeing it every morning when I leave for work and return at end of day. The sound of the fountains is very zen. I feel like I'm in Jamaica every time I'm there. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. The staff is very accommodating and friendly and they provide prompt cheerful check-in service every time. I've stayed in many different rooms and floors in this hotel and every room has been very spacious & clean with a very comfy bed. I bring my yoga mat and there's plenty of room and tranquility for a wonderful morning sunrise or pool view yoga session....all within the privacy of my room! Because of Monumental Hotel, I am able to work regularly in Orlando!"

"Sonesta ES on International Drive in Orlando, FL was perfectly located . Booked a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite for family of 5 (2 adults/3 minors). Towels provided were not sufficient for 5 IMO. The staff did not do the daily quick drop in to do the light clean up/provide new towels. I did request additional towels and staff was very prompt in bringing those to the suite. One of the toilets had problems and would not flush completely. Kitchen had all necessary items to cook etc, which was great. Downside to the stay is that the suite smelled the moment we stepped in it had an odor that appeared to maybe be mildew or moldy. The odor was prominent when walking in to the suite so i know it was that specific suite. Due to the smell, i would not book here again. The pros: the staff was very very helpful. I felt the front desk was amazing, the breakfast was decent, the premises were clean, the pool area was clean. Everything was within walking distance, restaurants, entertainment"
