We do not understand the negative comments This place is safe, near airport, clean and comfortable They have a big minimart selling everything. This own pizza place that also does set breakfast dishes. Super nice pool This compensates well for no options in the area No airport shuttle but lyft is 7-9 usd

“ROOM/HOTEL CONDITION ”
The hotel is close to Miami Airport and accommodates dogs and cats (other pets?). We had neither. The toilet and sink were clean and the bed looked clean. HOWEVER, the room needed a MAJOR upgrade. It was in very poor condition. It was dingy and unwelcoming, sections of walls and corners had cracks and holes and some parts were falling apart. Areas in bathroom were rusty and the wood at bottom of bathroom door was peeling so badly you could get cuts or splinters if not careful. The creaky desk chair was dirty, the grooves weren't cleaned, full of dirt and lint and a coffee stir stick from previous occupant. The exterior of the mini fridge was dirty. I cleaned both before using them. The floor wasn't thoroughly cleaned due to hair found in some parts. The room heater was falling apart. It had a large piece of sheet metal loosely covering it so huge gaps were VERY apparent. It wasn't properly secured to avoid injury. This is a serious health and safety concern. This is totally unacceptable considering I had to pay an extra US$20. to check in 3 hours early even though the room was available!! (Check in time was 3pm. We arrived shortly before Noon). That was an unnecessary money grab from the hotel, therefore very poor hospitality. There was also the cover of a needle on the elevator floor!, another bad first impression of our accommodation. Also the hallways were dark, had poor lighting, and carpet was very dirty with stains. Everything about the building was old and needs a MAJOR upgrade. Fresh paint goes a long way to improve an environment, even if nothing else is done initially. They should also make sure workers who don't speak English don't just say, "No English". Workers should be trained to direct you to someone who DOES speak English! Otherwise, your questions or concerns can't get addressed. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel unless the person had no other options and was desperate. I would suggest they go to the Marriot right next door, first. We weren't familiar with the area, so we didn't know what to expect. I'm glad we were only staying for 1 night. You can't always rely on images seen online prior to booking accommodation. Everything stated here is factual. Take it or leave it. Everyone's standard is different.

“One night airport hotel”
Does what it needs, clean room with good ac and hot water, free breakfast and hotel transfer. Little tired around the edges but one of the most competitively priced so you get what you pay for. Can't walk anywhere form the hotel because of the freeway, so if you need dinner it's the one expensive food truck in the parking lot or an uber to somewhere and back. But no complaints, stayed there a couple of times for layovers.
