The kitchen facilities includes an induction cooker, refrigerator, kettle, rice cooker, water jug and glass, plates and bowls and other kitchen utensils. TM Wifi, TV with Astro NJOI and hair dryer are available for your conveniences.

1) In support of the environmental movement, please bring your own bath towels 2) A refundable security deposit of RM 100 will be collected upon check in, and it will be returned to the guest if there is no damage, lost and massive dirty during check out. 3) Quiet hour is between 11pm to 8 am. 4) No pets of any kind allowed in the homestay. A RM300.00 cleaning fee will be accessed and guest must remove pet from property immediately upon request. 5) Smoking is prohibited in the homestay. 6) Check-in time is 3.00pm-7.00pm and check-out time is before 12.00noon. There will be an extra charge of RM50/30 minutes incurred for any late check- out.

Stayed for 3D2N. Pro: Location is great with lots of nearby amenities. Entire unit is spotless clean. Mattress and pillows are clean and comfy Con: no mirror in any of the bedrooms. Only one mirror in living room. A bit weird there is no microwave oven in kitchen to quickly reheat foods. Only shower head, no shower hose. For parents with young toddler, very difficult to bath your kids with no hose. Only one of the bathroom has bucket and pail. Lots of minor inconveniences

1. Location is nice just off the main road. 2. Suitable to 8pax but i just couple 3. nice rate maybe its off season during my stay. but out still traffic. 4. Cleanliness may need to improve for drawing especially for dinner set. 5. Staff its nice and easy access to check-in/out.

Me and family really enjoy stay here..my childrens very happy. Good environment condo homestay and have complete facilities and equipment provided..parking and lift available here. Stay only one night here.hopefully will come again..Thanks for nice treats from host ☺️

“2 Nights stay At The Quintet”
Booking last minute untuk 2 nights,apartment well maintained, bersih dan luas. Ade kelengkapan pantry and much better kalau ade microvawe. Owner Mr Chau sangat responsive and very helpful . Dapat all the details early and bilik pun siap awal,cuma kami sampai around 4pm. Recommended place to stay.
