Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The buffet breakfast, is honestly near unbeatable in Vietnam. It was such a beautiful spread for all cultures, it had so many types of food. All the staff were super helpful for breakfast, they made sure you had everything you could ever want and with any buffet there’s always a lot of dishes and the staff cleaning up were very prompt and quick to check over tables and clear anything that needed to be cleared. All the staff we encountered were amazing and asked how you were by name, they made a conscious effort to have the best customer service. The rooms are exactly what you see in the pictures and just beautiful. Every detail, carefully thought out. One thing I’ll say that could use improvement is the amount of liquor they put in there cocktails, however were pretty heavy handed and there probably doing the recipe standard. So it’s not a complaint at all. Just a wake up call that my friends and I might be borderline alcoholics haha Kathy, was amazing and she really set the standard for all customer service we encountered the remaining of our trips in other parts of Vietnam. All who fell short of the expectation she set for us. I already booked in to stay here again in march because of Kathy and I think she really just made those subtle efforts that really made this hotel stand out. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and to be honest, it’s actually not a requirement for staff to make this much effort. They choose to do this. They chose to be kind and warm welcoming. Honestly if I could give 6 stars, I would. See you again soon xx

Our recent stay at Grand Sunrise Palace Hotel Hoi An was exceptional—true 5-star luxury with personalised touches that made our holiday unforgettable. Location is ideal: a short Grab ride to both the old town and the beach, yet peaceful enough for rest. Even better, the hotel provides complimentary bikes, which we used to explore the nearby paddy fields and relax in scenic local cafés. The staff were consistently professional and warm, but a special mention must go to Kathy, the manager, who went above and beyond. She helped tailor our stay, promptly arranging a seamless room change when street noise from our original room disrupted our sleep. She also showed genuine care and attentiveness when my partner became mildly unwell, checking in and offering assistance without being intrusive. The facilities are modern and well-maintained—elegant pool area, gym, and spa options available. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was immaculate. Our vegan diet was well accommodated. Breakfast had a wide range of plant-based options including cereals, granola, fresh fruits, salad, breads, spreads, steamed rice, sautéed vegetables, and some Vietnamese dishes, with soy milk available for coffee and tea. The complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch, and although the usual offerings were simple, the chef kindly prepared vegan sandwiches specifically for us. Room service was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury experience in Hoi An with thoughtful, personalised hospitality.
