“Great stay, superb staff! ”
Really enjoyed our stay at the Drury’s Inn and Suites. Free breakfast, kickback and soda / popcorn are a great benefit. Rooms are big and clean and beds are comfy. Staff are incredible and really take the time to chat to you and treat you really well. Only negatives are the wifi is awful, there’s construction work outside which starts loud banging at 7am, and the area around the hotel is horrendous traffic wise! Otherwise, a fantastic stay and we will absolutely be back.

“Outstanding staff”
Pros: -exceptional staff! Every single employee was friendly and made sure to greet us -good value for the price. “Kick back” 5:30-7pm had plenty of decent free food options for families looking to save a few bucks and 3 free cocktails per adult per night. Breakfast was great too. -indoor and outdoor pool option with large hot tub -free fountain sodas all day in the lobby was a nice touch. -flawless customer service Cons: -our first room appeared very clean, but we found one dead roach on the mini fridge and saw 1 or 2 live ones scurry behind the fridge 😳. Went to the front desk and the assistant manager was so apologetic. She immediately moved us to the top floor and upgraded our room. -suite was nice and spacious, pretty clean. Couch had some questionable stains so we covered it with a bed sheet lol -the hotel in general feels a little dated -pool area could have been cleaner. Pool itself was fairly clean but the deck was a little dirty -pool area was on the smaller side. Worked fine for us because it wasn’t overly busy but I could see how it would become crowded quickly Despite the initial setback and changing rooms, we had an enjoyable stay. Would I stay again? Maybe. But I would definitely request an upper level room to decrease chances of bug repeats.

Great stay and top choice for Orlando. Pros - The Extras! Breakfast Included, Parking included, kickback food and drinks included. Universal shuttle included. No resort fee! Makes the stay a bargain if you factor these in. Nearly every hotel charges for these in Orlando. Super clean Decent housekeeping Great location for Universal/idrive/Sea World Great staff - nice to see the GM nearly every day chatting to guests. Big rooms Nice pool (unheard) not an issue in the hotter months) Hard to think of cons.
