“Excellent”
Apart from the initial glitch where they didn't hold our reservation, I'd say pretty smooth sailing. Their Alberto's ala carte restaurant/take away joint serves exceptionally good food. I did not try Laguna. However, it is located quite some distance from all Disney and Universal theme parks. It is close to Seaworld, but that's it. Cab rides are at least 15 to 20 usd to any theme park. These become important, because they have extremely limited shuttles. No good restaurants around the area. No grocery store or cvs closeby. Apart from the location being so-so, it is a great hotel. Good and clean rooms, exceptional staff, and a very lively environment.

“Perfect stay for families”
This property offers exceptional value for money with a prime location that makes it easy to access nearby attractions. The cleanliness is top-notch and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful amenities are impressive especially the pool, which is perfect for kids while the overall experience was fantastic some aspects like walk ability can use slight improvement overall it is a great choice for anyone looking for a fun getaway.

Fantastic stay! The room was spotless and comfortable, the location was perfect for exploring, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety, and the overall experience was exceptional. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

“Weekend getaway ”
Hotel was clean, employees very helpful. The onsite restaurant said it was open until 11, but when we tried to get something to eat at 9pm, no one was around to service us. You do get free cookies🥰🥰. It’s in a great location for the parks. I do recommend this place.

“Older Hotel, but Well Kept and Welcoming”
The hotel is older but very clean. We needed something last minute, and it was the perfect price. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely stay here again.
