“Just a nice property all around. Nice people on staff.”
Easy check in into a very clean and comfortable room with Virginia. The room is well appointed with an excellent bed and good bedding, mini fridge, microwave, desk and flatscreen TV with lots of channels. Plenty of great restaurants, and shopping all around, and an easy walk to the convention center, both of them. Easy freeway access to all points in Orlando. Great staff, excellent customer service.

“very satisfied”
Nice, clean, simple, near public bus stops to/from airport, very nice and helpful staff (e.g., I got an iron in minutes when I asked). The only aspects of my stay that could've been improved are (a) some breakfast (there is an IHOP in-house instead) and (b) better sound insulation on the inter-room door (I could hear the neighbor's TV through the door between the rooms which, I guess, is opened if a single family rents both rooms). Thank you for the stay, it was nice!

“Great Stay with Excellent Amenities”
The location is very convenient, close to shopping and attractions, making it easy to get around. The facilities were well-maintained, including clean bathrooms and reliable wifi which enhanced the overall comfort. “Best place to stay for holmat!”
I chose this place because it was within walking distance to the convention center yet extremely affordable and low priced for a top quality hotel The room was extremely clean and you could see a little personal card saying who cleaned your room. The hot water was always available. The pool was insanely clear. There were ice machines everywhere close by. Check in went smooth and the night front desk lady was nice when helping me with my check in. I made an extension and went downstairs to do the check in process again and was greeted by Isabella with a huge smile. During my entire interaction with her I could not help but reflect the same upbeat energy she was giving me, which really brightened my morning. I really loved how she was the perfect example of hospitality, since I work as a hotel front desk myself. The hotel was nice enough to let me keep my car parked til 5pm despite checking out at 11am which honestly helped me out a whole bunch ! The only negative thing I have to say was my check out process. I checked out around 10am and dropped off my keys to a front desk girl who had vitiligo. I informed her of a concern of mine but I was really uncomfortable with the way she made a face as I told her. I don’t think she meant to come off as judgmental. Although I don’t expect every employee to smile, I was definitely offput by her reaction. but I did not want that one interaction to overshadow all the other wonderful things about my stay I would definitely come back again here specifically next year for holmat

“My 3rd stay”
Very close to the Convention Center, and great value. Other hotels are only a few minutes walking distance closer to the Convention Center, but are a fair bit more expensive. The staff are great, the rooms are large and clean, with good WiFi, fridge, TV and on-site free parking. I'll definitely stay here again.
