Found this hotel in Agoda that looks nice and charming and it did live to our expectation. Really recommending this hotel with nice room. The only thing it needs to improve is to wipe the dust on the headboard, we stayed in Room 203. The staff are very helpful, polite and cheerful. Breakfast included is decent, nothing fancy but could fill you up. I expected so much with the Vietnamese coffee wishing it was hot not lukewarm, because I love my coffee hot in the morning. Well at least this could be improve. The room we stayed is cozy and the little veranda overlooking the neighborhood is so charming. There is a small pool if you need to cool down after a long day, found some kids swimming in the afternoon. The hotel is near the old town which can be reached by walking in 10 minutes. There is also a lift in case you'll be staying on the upper floors. On our last day, we checked-out early and leave our luggage at the concierge. After our day's activity we get back to collect our luggage the kind receptionist gave us bottle of cold water and offered the toilet with clean towels so we could freshen up. What a very nice gesture! Our 2 nights stay is really worth the money. Truly recommending you stay here when you are in Hoi An.
Overall, I had a great experience here. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Old Town, which was very convenient. . The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated, making it feel cozy and comfortable. . The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They gave great recommendations on places to visit in Hoi An, which made exploring the town even better. . The only downside was the breakfast service — the staff there didn’t seem as friendly and appeared to make comments while laughing, which felt a bit unprofessional. . Still, the overall stay was enjoyable and I’d recommend this hotel for its location and warm reception team.
The hotel has a convenient location, within walking distance to the old town! The rooms are clean, decorated very "Hoi An". There is a spacious balcony, an elevator, and a small swimming pool. The staff are lovely and enthusiastic, and the hotel offers various tours: visiting the coconut forest, releasing lanterns, or Hoi An Memories... However, since I didn't ask in advance, they took me to release lanterns on a motorboat while I preferred a rowing boat. So, when you choose to book this tour, make sure to ask carefully! I will definitely come back!
The hotel offers a comfortable stay. The bathing and restroom areas are separate, and the bed is comfortable. While the view overlooks a freshly painted yellow wall, the price is quite reasonable, especially when compared to the more expensive riverview hotels.

“Perfect for Families ”
Pros : 1. Walkable distance from Old Town even for elderly 2. Food/Eateries walking distance 3. Not noisy although the busy street is a block behind and the night market is 2 blocks away from this hotel 4. Breakfast spread is acceptable. 5. Our Kingsized bedroom came with balcony. We were able to do our laundry and dry some clothes. Our room faces morning sunlight, and we don't get the heat from the sunset. Balcony faced some trees which gives us some extra privacy. 6. Individual (split unit) aircond which gives you the freedom to control your AC. 7. Toilet comes with bidet. Huge point! 8. Mini bar functioning well and clean. 9. Bedding was comfortable enough. Not too soft and not too hard to sleep on. 10. Slippers provided, water heater provided. Shampoos and shower cream were provided in a pump bottle which is good. 11. They provide car ride services as well. Cons. 1. No safebox were provided. 2. The bedsheet was a bit torn, looked like it frayed a bit. 3. The space was a bit too tight, but there's nothing can be done for this. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Provide a safebox for clients to put their treasured belongings. 2. To improve on quality of the bedding. 3. Probably provide a dyring bar to hang clothes on the balcony?
